Lynn was a daughter, a sister, a wife, and a mother. She was the quiet centre of our family for nearly two decades, and the woman these books were written for.
She fought so hard. Through surgeries and scans, through chemotherapy and the long middle, through the days when the body was tired and the days when it was not, she kept choosing love. She chose it over fear. She chose it over bitterness. She chose it over the pull to withdraw. She chose it even when it cost her.
On 13 October 2026, Lynn passed away peacefully, surrounded by family and friends who loved her. The room was quiet. The hands that held hers were the hands that had held her all her life.
These books, and this website, exist because she existed. They were written while she was still with us — so that TJ and Daniel would always know who their mother was, how deeply she loved them, and how present she remained in the middle of everything.
